After that everyone scatters to their rooms and the evening is gone. Here the table you worked at stands three metres from the kitchen. The evening is still part of the session.

The first session
Start when your team wants to start. Nobody clears breakfast away at ten, nobody needs the room back at twelve.
Twenty minutes outside
Nature begins at the front door. Discussions that are stuck at the table come loose on the way across the meadow.
The second session
Back to the same table, the Rhine Valley behind you. Nothing was packed away, nothing has to be set up again.
The evening
Sauna, fire bowl, open kitchen. This is where the sentences fall that you came here for.

Arrive in the morning, leave in the evening. For kick-offs, team building and sessions that fit into a single day.
