Terms for bookings of the FURX 13 holiday house in Furx, Zwischenwasser.

Price
The price covers the whole house for up to 8 guests. The total shown by the booking calendar at the time of booking applies.
Short stays: for fewer than 3 nights a surcharge of €250 applies.
Final cleaning
Final cleaning costs €250 per stay.
Local tax
The guest tax of the municipality of Zwischenwasser is €3.20 per person per night. Children under 14 are exempt. The tax is charged in addition to the price.
Arrival and departure
Arrival from 4 pm, departure by 10 am. You will receive the phone number of Birgit, your contact on site, after booking. Please get in touch two days before arrival to arrange your arrival and the key handover.
Payment
Payment is made by bank transfer against invoice.
Cancellation
Up to 30 days before arrival: 60 % refund of the total price.
29 to 8 days before arrival: 30 % refund of the total price.
7 days or less before arrival: no refund.
