Final cleaning is €250 per stay.
Breakfast service: order and pick up directly at Peterhof Furx.
Bed linen and towels included: one hand towel and one bath towel per guest; all beds are made up on arrival.
Fire bowl: one crate of firewood included, more wood subject to availability at extra cost.
Short stays: for fewer than 3 nights a surcharge of €250 applies.
Fully equipped fitted kitchen – with a large induction hob, oven, fridge and freezer, coffee machine, wine fridge, toaster, dishwasher, bread slicer, crockery, glasses and much more.
Local/guest tax: €3.20 per person per night, children under 14 are exempt. The tax is charged in addition to the price.

In person on site. You will receive the phone number with your booking confirmation – please get in touch two days before arrival to agree on a time.

Up to 30 days before arrival: 60 % refund of the total price

What you should know before booking.

Arrival and departure – check-in from 4 pm, check-out by 10 am. Birgit will welcome you in person.
Up to 8 guests – recommended for children from around 6, as the house has open staircases and a lot of glass.
Non-smoking house – you are welcome to smoke on the terrace.
Quiet from 10 pm – Furx lies in a nature reserve. Relaxed get-togethers and small celebrations among the house guests are welcome.
Pets unfortunately have to stay at home.
Sauna and fire bowl – Birgit will show you both at handover. When there is a forest fire warning, the fire bowl stays unlit.
Something broken? It happens. Just let Birgit know and it will be fixed quickly.
Video at the entrance – the area in front of the front door is under video surveillance. There are no cameras inside the house or on the terrace.
What is the minimum number of nights?

The minimum stay depends on the season – the calendar shows it as soon as you pick an arrival date. For day seminars without an overnight stay, please enquire directly.

When are check-in and check-out?

Check-in from 16:00, check-out until 10:00.

Is the house suitable for small children?

We recommend the house for children from around six years – because of the open layout, the glass surfaces and the three levels. The house is not step-free.

How do I get up here in winter?

Can I use the house for a seminar by the day?

Yes, on request. The dining table for eight becomes the meeting table, and high-performance fibre-optic internet reaches every room.
